MISSION :
KALBEMER assists national and international institutions (schools, hotels, health-care centers) and/or companies on the way of ‘quality improvement and excellence' for the peace and harmony of the world citizens with the international quality expertise. Through networking and collaboration, it tries to establish ‘peace bridges' between the parties or/and countries. It is realized through educational and scientific approaches, motivational-based and research oriented projects. It works at national and international platforms. For the national projects, KALBEMER is dedicated to the great leader Atatürk's way of thinking, his principles and his vision. For the international projects; intercultural understanding, empathy, peace, mediation and quality-based team work are the main ingredients.

FOUNDER:
KALBEMER; was established by Hayal KÖKSAL (Ph.D.) in 2002 in Istanbul , Türkiye. She has been dealing with “Total Quality Management” since 1992. She has also had the honor of being;
- The Turkish representative of the International Center for Schools of Quality which was founded in 1989 by the world-known quality expert Prof.Dr. John Jay Bonstingl ( www.bonstingl.com ) since 2000.
- Turkish National Youth Development of Trustee, South Africa ( www.nydt.org ) since 2001.
- Turkey 's General Director of the World Council for Total Quality & Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) since 2003.
- The member of Advisory board of the USA , Center for Quality People & Organizations (CQPO) since 2003.
- Turkish partner of International Academy for Quality Certification (IAQC) ( Singapore , USA , UK , Australia ) since 2005.
- Turkish Founder and partner of the “KALBEMER-CMS-WCTQEE World Peace, Unity and Peer-mediation Program” since 2006.
- She also has the honour of having the “Honorary Medal” of Turkish Republic, Ministry of Culture and Tourism (2003).

KALBEMER believes the necessity of great support of business world to the educational institutions on the way of training more qualified human resources for the future business world. Dr.Köksal's partnership with Microsoft Türkiye within the Microsoft Innovative Teachers Program and “ICT Seagulls Project” brought a joint award to both partners in 2004.
Based upon the above philosophy, KALBEMER focuses on the following programs:
- Believing in the vital importance of education, giving full support to the “ Turkish Center for Schools of Quality” which is a non-profit networking system for national and international state and private schools.
- Being aware of the significance of non-governmental organizations (NGO), to support and to host a newly founded Turkish NGO, named; The Association for Continuous Improvement (Sü Ge Der).
- Through “Quality Awareness Creating” and “Roadmap Drawing” sessions to support the top managers and business leaders for “Strategic Planning”.
