- "Adopting Historical Buildings to Schools" Project: With the collaboration of the Society of the City Istanbul, Irmak and Eyüboğlu Schools we conducted three projects.
- "EXPO-Young Scientists' Competition and Career-Path Determination Project" with NYDT : We won two golden medals in 2003 with the collaboration of NYDT in SA ( www.nydt.org ). Those projects caused us to be honoured with a “Honorary Medal of Tourism” by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and Culture.
- "Thinking just like Atatürk" Project at schools. (The pilot study was conducted last year. It will start if a voulnteer school appears.)
- "Quality in Language Teaching (Q-ELT)" Program for the improvement of efficiency of teachers of English with İNGED. (10 ELT Seminars between 2000-2005)
Present Projects:
- "International KALBEMER ICT Seagulls Project" has been going of for four years with the support of Microsoft Turkey. (Since 2004; 213 projects)
- 2010 Istanbul European Cultural Capital City Project: "An ICT Puzzle: From Past to the Future of Istanbul (Bigg-İst)" (2006-2010)
- "İMECE/COLLABORATION CIRCLES for the power of unity in education" Project: This project won one of the awards in the 2005 World Bank Turkey Creative Improvement Thoughts Competition. Up to know 800 circles were trained. That means nearly 8,000 students and teachers).
- "Curriculum Academy" Project aims at training teachers and certifying the qualified ones through an in-service training program for the recently changed curriculum. It will also be certified by the IAQC. (2005-)
- "Leader Training" Program (With the collaboration of Bonstingl Leadership: www.bonstingl.com) (2006-)
- "World Peace, Harmony & Mediation Center Establishment" Project throughout the world. (A joint Initiative with WCTQEE, CMS & QCI International) (2007- )
