4. For Educational Institutions
All the program concerning schools are realized through the Turkish Center for Schools of Quality which takes place under the big umbrella of KALBEMER. We believe that every school should have its own “quality map” on the way of “quality journey”. We focus on “Continuous improvement and life long learning” through project management which is mainly realized through democratic ways. That is why the initial step for “TQE” is “quality awaereness seminar” to speak the same language (!). Then leadership training, surveys and road mapping comes. We conduct SWOP analysis for the different subject area teachers and then apply İmece Circles for the in-class acitivities. Parents' School is a must for the completion of the program.
In order to start the “QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM” in your school, we should visit your school, talk to your school people and conduct a “needs assessment”.
